The product principle
The balance flowmeter is a revolutionary differential pressure flow meter, and its working principle, like other differential pressure flowmeters, is based on the energy conversion principle in the sealed pipeline: in the case of ideal fluid, the flow rate in the pipeline is proportional to the square root of the differential pressure;
The flow in the pipeline can be calculated by measuring the differential pressure and using Bernoulli's equation.
The balance flow sensor is a porous disc throttling rectifier mounted on a cross section of the pipe, and the size and distribution of each hole is customized based on special formulas and test data, known as a function hole.
When the fluid passes through the function hole of the disk, the fluid will be evenly rectified and the eddy current will be minimized to form an approximate ideal fluid. Stable differential pressure signals can be obtained through the pressure taking device, and volume flow and mass flow can be calculated according to Bernoulli equation.
